FAQ

Will Kettlebells Hurt my back?

Kettlebells get a bad rep for injury. With correct form and progressions, and a healthy relationship to physics, you can typically safely train hard and lift heavy!

We use a specific kettlebell squat, swing, TGU and press progression to ensure safety and sustainability.

How often should I train with kettlebells?

With good programming:

Two days per week will create mobility, stability and some strength

Three days each week will typically produce strength and conditioning results quickly.

Varying your load, frequency and duration of training can easily allow you more training sessions if you prefer to train more often.

Can I use kettlebells to train for my other sports?

YES! Kettlebells are a fast and efficient way to cross train for running, cycling and competitive team sports. A well rounded kettlebell program will help you develop core strength, endurance, power and healthy ranges of motion!

We'll always have a personalized training program set up for your goals, adjust it for your energy that day and make sure you leave feeling strong, calm and ready to tackle your day after a quick warm-down and breath session.
