What is a typical class like?
Classes range from 30-60 min and are designed to meet you where you are, offering multiple levels within each class! Strength and Conditioning will move faster and get you a little sweaty. Foundations classes will move more slowly and teach you about your body! Be sure to check out the class descriptions and - if you have any questions about where to start - reach out!
What is ZHealth?
Z-Health is an educational curriculum that applies equally well to physicians, therapists, coaches, trainers and anyone interested in building better, stronger human beings.
The end goal of the curriculum is to create professionals who are unparalleled in their ability to provide rehabilitation, fitness training and sports performance coaching to their clients through a brain-based lens.
Our Coaches are all ZHealth Certified and have learned how to precisely implement a seamlessly integrated training system that blends emergent research from fields including:
Biomechanics and Kinesiology
Sports Vision Training
Motor Learning Theory and Application
Respiratory Rehabilitation and Training
Sports Skill Coaching
Modern Strength and Mobility Training
What happens if I miss a workshop or other virtual event?
All of our workshops are recorded as well as LIVESTREAMED! If you can't make a workshop, just let us know and we'll make sure you get the replay link.
How many sessions will it take to reach my goals?
We recommend every client with 8 weeks of coaching so that we can get to know your body, YOU can get to know your nervous system, and you can see results! From there, we reevaluate and make recommendations base on your individual goals and body.
How do I choose the right coach?
We know - coaching is such a personal relationship! Check out our bios, and call to schedule with a 15 min conversation, Then we’ll connect you with someone we think will be a great fit! Know that we work as a team, and will make sure that you're with a coach that makes you feel safe and successful.
How much does it cost?
Private sessions vary depending on commitment level and coach. Prices range from $70-$155/hr.
Classes are $25 for a drop in or Unlimited Classes for $99/month.
