Mat Pilates

Create mastery and control over your movement with this dynamic pilates class - informed by brain science! - to strengthen the entire body by focusing on core stability, posture and flexibility.

THURSDAY

5:30 PM CST: Yoga (30 min)

End your week with gentle care and awareness in your body. Move as much as you can. Love yourself as much as we love you!

2:00 PM CST: Skills of Strength (30 min)

All levels.

Learn the skill of strength and cycle through different lifts and focus on drills and skills involved with them. You'll leave class feeling a touch sweaty, and way stronger.
