Join 2-5 likeminded humans with one amazing coach! We'll use kettlebells, functional movement, TRX and more to create pain-free movement, build core strength and develop muscle tone. 

Start with a full evaluation with one of our coaches. Build a plan. Join the session(s) each week that work best for your schedule.

Community Kettlebell Class

Build strength and increase cardiovascular and respiratory health with these workouts that are designed to leave you feeling STRONG and engaged.

Mat Pilates

Create mastery and control over your movement with this dynamic pilates class - informed by brain science! - to strengthen the entire body by focusing on core stability, posture and flexibility.

Learn to move your joints through their full ranges of motion with strength and stability ... and work those abs!

9:00 AM: COMMUNITY KETTLEBELLS!

A little different from our semi-private coaching!

This is a drop-in class on a sliding scale, open to all members of our community! Bring a bell if you have one, a mat either way, and we'll join together to learn skills and connect with each other!
