HOW TO GET STARTED:
Small Group Personal Training
After an initial call to match you with the best option for you goals, join 2-5 likeminded humans + one amazing coach! We'll use kettlebells, functional movement, TRX and more to create pain-free movement, build core strength and develop muscle tone.
Community Kettlebell Class
This class is acceptable for ALL LEVELS of fitness! For 1 hour, focus on building kettlebell skills and strength while connecting with your community. Classes take place in-person on Saturdays at 9:15am. Pay what you can.
