Small Group Personal Training
After an initial call to match you with the best option for you goals, join 2-5 likeminded humans + one amazing coach! We'll use kettlebells, functional movement, TRX and more to create pain-free movement, build core strength and develop muscle tone.
Community Classes
Community classes are on a sliding pay scale and are acceptable for ALL LEVELS of fitness. Building kettlebell skills or your yoga practice while connecting with your community. Classes take place in-person on Saturdays and Sundays. Our motto is: Pay what you can, do what you want!
