This course was designed as an easy to follow at home resource to train functional breathing and to begin to introduce performance breathwork to our athletes. 

You may be asking yourself, why do I need this? Why should I bother training my breathing when I could get more out of a long run, a heavy HIIT session or lifting heavy?

Without the power of efficient and optimal breathing strategies we cannot begin to imagine to how limitless our capabilities are.
