What People Are Saying:

I have gained greater body awareness, strength, and vitality. I’m in my late 60s and appreciate my trainer's understanding of how I absorb information. My trainer speaks slowly, clearly and presents the movements in a way that I can understand. Learning new things can sometimes be a challenge as we age. If the pace was too quick or the information delivered too rapidly, I don’t think I would be improving as quickly as I am.
